Senior Project Manager/Architect

  • Process engineering, programming, Forensic Analysis, Architecture, Master Planning, project management, client development and construction management for industrial clients, including Schreiber Foods, Nueske Foods, Wholt Cheese, ERDA, R.B.ROYAL, Building envelope Investigation, value analysis, remediation, and the preparation of contract documents for unique solutions to process specific problems.  Developed specifications & technical systems analysis and designed the phased construction of major building components of process specific facilities.
  • Architecture, master planning, programming, project management, client development and construction management for institutional and industrial clients, including ERDA, R.B.ROYAL, Schreiber Foods. 
  • Building envelope Investigation, value analysis, remediation, and the preparation of contract documents for unique solutions to specific construction deficiencies, including roofing, siding, and curtain walls for the Kewaunee Nuclear Power Plant. 
  • Specification and technical system analysis and design for major building components including but not limited to roofing, precast concrete, door frames and hardware, and civil/site engineering and design. 
  • Re-programming and Schematic Design of the Center for Aging in Steven’s Point Wisconsin.  Resolved neighborhood expansion, rezoning, and property acquisition concerns.  Subsequent successful implementation of program with broad public support.
  • Other work included ADA compliance design and code review including preparation of variance submissions and negotiations with state building officials for two food plants.  Development of value analysis submissions for several alternative building proposals for Schreiber Foods for an office and employee support building, and for a major addition to a cast iron foundry.
