PHILOSOPHY

The management environment is inextricably linked to the physical environment.  They must be considered together as components of the same problem, and always in the context of continuous change. 

In the creation of an effective environment [whether physical or organizational] there can be no short-cuts, no standard details, no rule books, or for that matter no  preconceptions of any kind.  Each solution is its own paradigm.
