Individually Responsible for the completion of the Planning, Design, and Construction Documents for two ten story residential towers, on budget, in two weeks  total turn around time.  Completed documents included two fully coordinated concepts for the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.  Project location: Redondo Beach, California.
