• $35 mil parking deck - contract administration.
• Airport masterplanning - planning of terminal expansion and or relocation relative to runway additions and expansion,vehicular traffic patterns, parking, revenue control systems, airport security, and landside support services: including all components of the airport and the surrounding environments.  Methodology included value analysis, uncertainty analysis, and critical path analysis
• $500K remote parking facility - planning, contract documents, construction administration.
• $750k signage/re-signage project.
• Terminal re-roofing projects - analysis, contract documents, construction administration.
• Master Planning for new cargo facility and new corporate hangers.
• Road way renovation project - planning and documentation.
• Cargo terminal renovation - planning and documentation.
• Fuel Tank farm - planning.

Numerous on going land and airside facilities projects.
