Facilities that were assessed included sewage
and water treatment plants, schools, airports, university campus and buildings,
outpatient medical buildings, state and municipal buildings and municipal
infrastructure.

Responsibilities included: the assessment
of damage, the determination of the cause of assessed damage, evaluating
the eligibility of the applicant and the damage, and estimating the remediation
costs.
