Schematic Design, and completion of Construction Documents for a new Public
Safety Facility for Gary IN.

Resolved numerous organizational conflicts
between the city, its departments, and several independently contracted
consultants to produce design and construction documents.

Other responsibilities included a detailed
forensic analysis of numerous structural and envelope failures in the existing
original building; a 6 story reinforced concrete hospital building that
was designated to house all of the city’s administration offices, fire
department, police department, city jail, city courts, district attorney,
city clerk, and city council
