* MBA from Houston Baptist University: Focus on International business and Business Process Re-engineering

* Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Oregon. 

* NCARB Registered Architect

* General Contractor B license, California

* Journeyman Machinist and Journeyman Carpenter, with Texas licenses in the  Plumbing and Electrical trades.  Extensive work in manufacturing and construction.

* Security Clearances with: FBI, FAA, DOD, USDA, HISD

* Range of  demonstrated expertise from  $100 mil+ to interior remodeling and from consulting to design/build contracting.  Projects include offices, industrial/manufacturing facilities, retail, residential, transportation facilities, and healthcare facilities, involving both public and private sector clients.

* Breadth of experience: Programming, Business Process Re-engineering, Design, Construction Documentation, Specifications, Construction Management, Design Build Construction, Contracting, Property Management, forensic analysis of building systems, and Property Development. 

* Technical Background includes extensive Construction Processes and Manufacturing process Engineering, and design of all aspects of building systems including but not exclusive to, building envelope, interior finishes and construction, Architectural stone and metal work, MEP systems, and structural systems.

* Management experience: Projects over $100 million to interior lease space remodeling and build-out.  All aspects of Architectural office, design, and production management.  Most aspects of construction, and construction project management.

* Prior notable Architectural work with Kevin Roche John Dinkeloo in Connecticut and Richard & Dion Neutra Architects in Los Angeles.  Project Manager and Account Manager for landside and airside projects at the Birmingham International Airport.

* Computer Literate: MS Office, Lotus Smart Suite, Internet; word processing, data base, presentation, simulation, graphics, AutoCAD, and statistical programs.  CPM, PERT, nonlinear and linear decision making skills value analysis skills.
